We want you to love your Tuckernuck finds, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
